SHIPPING
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight/quantity of oil ordered and are calculated in the payment page (trolley).
We deliver orders by courier express. The delivery time depends on the destination, but is normally 1/5 days (working days) after the goods leave our warehouse. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend are processed on the Monday after.
As soon as an order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with a code and a link so that you can trace your order.
You can ask for your order to be delivered to the address on the invoice or to another address.
If you have registered your telephone number on the website then the courier express company will call you when they are registering your order.
State of your order
Traceable and safe: when we confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail with a link so that you can trace where your order is.
Gianfelice will give you a code when you register on the website and place an order. When you click on the link and put in your code you will be able to trace your order.
Goods out of stock
If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you promptly. If this happens you can cancel the order.
Order cancellation
If you have registered on our website and placed an order, you can cancel your order online. If you have not registered on our website you can cancel your order by calling +39 0743 420149 or by sending us an e-mail at info@oliogianfelice.com.
Order cancellation and return of goods
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree N. 2016 dated 6 September 2005 as currently in force, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days after receiving your order by calling +39 0743 420149 or by writing an e-mail to info@oliogianfelice.com.

Protection of minors
It is forbidden for children under 18 years of age to place an order on the website www.oliogianfelice.com unless they are under the strict control of an adult.

All prices shown in our website include VAT, the container and packaging.
The cost of shipping the order to the address you have given us is included in the price for shipments in Italy only and only for orders of more than 50.00 euros. In all other cases, the shipping cost is calculated case by case based on the weight of the goods ordered and the shipping address.
