You are responsible for the information you provide on the website www.oliogianfelice.com. You accept all responsibility pertaining to the wrongful disclosure of third party information or by using the website www.oliogianfelice.com in any way that may breach the law.
We do not carry out any controls on the information a User or a third party registers on the website or in the links on the website www.oliogianfelice.com. The Owner shall not be held responsible for such information though it does undertake to take due action if Users or the authorities inform it of any wrongful or offensive use of such information.
Owner’s right on the information Users register
The Owner reserves the right to ensure that the website www.oliogianfelice.com works correctly and is in good operating condition after Users have registered their information.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. All orders are subject to the availability of the goods and to our discretionary acceptance of the order. To purchase the goods, you must first select the products you want and then complete the check-out. When you have carefully checked the information in the order summary you must submit the order and make payment. The order will have been accepted when you receive an order confirmation, and is subject to payment of the price, which includes all taxes, shipping costs and the other costs set out in the order summary form.
The e-mail saying that the order is being processed shall not be deemed the order has been accepted. The contract will be closed when we send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided us with. We reserve the right not to confirm an order; in such case, we will send you an e-mail within 5 working days after your order has been inserted into the system informing you that one of more of the goods are out of stock.
You must register on our website www.oliogianfelice.com and submit your personal data and the shipping address. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods (except for delivery in Italy of more than €50.00) and differ depending on the delivery destination and the weight/quantity of goods ordered. Prices are given in euros and include VAT. Gianfelice has the right to change its offer depending on the period of the year.
Payment methods are explained in our website www.oliogianfelice.com. Gianfelice uses third party tools for payment and does not in any way come into contact with your payment details (such as your credit card details).
If you need an invoice you must ask for it when you place your order by putting an “x” in the box on the order request form. In so doing, you must provide us with all the necessary information (VAT number or Tax number) when you register on the website. Indeed, once we have issued the invoice you cannot ask for any amendments. We will issue the invoice for the goods you have purchased and will send the invoice to you.
Availability of goods
The prices, description and availability of the goods on this website are subject to change without prior notice. The aspect and size of the goods shown on the website are indicative and must not be deemed a guarantee of the quality of the goods as such quality could change with respect to the pictures shown on the website. If, after we have sent you the order confirmation e-mail, the goods are not available for reasons outside our control and not foreseeable when the order is confirmed, we will reimburse you for the goods ordered and that are not available.
Deliver of the goods
The goods will be delivered to your address during the currier’s working hours, which will be put in the order confirmation e-mail along with the currier’s address.
When the currier deliveries the goods you must check that the number of boxes delivered match the number of boxes on the delivery note and that the boxes are not damaged, that none are open or in any case in such a state as to jeopardise or alter the state of the oil owing to exposure to water, airor light. When you take delivery, you must check the packaging and make any comments about damaged packaging in the specific area. If you notice the boxes or the goods inside are damaged or that the number of boxes delivered does not match the number on the delivery note, you must point this out to the currier driver and send us an e-mail immediately at email@example.com.
If you fail to point out the damage to the currier driver and send us an e-mail immediately you will no longer be able to make a claim about the external state of the delivery. If there are any problems with the state of the packaging, the number of boxes or the state of the cans or bottles, you must inform us by following the instructions on our website. Furthermore, if you fail to collect the goods from the currier’s warehouse within 5 days after the date on the note the driver leaves you informing you that it arrived to deliver the goods and you were not at home, the goods will be returned to us.
We will not accept responsibility for any delivery mistakes owing to wrong or missing information when you place your order, for any damage to the goods after they have been handed over to the currier or for any delay in delivering the goods owing to them.
You may cancel your order without giving any reasons within 14 days after the date you or a third party, other than the currier, take delivery of the goods. In order to exercise your right to cancel your order you must inform us within said 14 days.
We will not reimburse you for any goods that are returned damaged or that have been used, even partially. You must put the order confirmation e-mail inside the packaging box when returning goods.
If you want to cancel your order you must do so within the foregoing 14 days after the date the goods are delivered and within which you must inform us of the cancellation. We will reimburse you for all the costs you have incurred during the purchase, including the cost of shipping to your address.
We will reimburse you using the same method of payment you used to pay for the goods. If we cannot make such payment using the same payment method we will agree on a method of payment together.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days after the date you inform us that you have cancelled the order. The term will be deemed valid if you return the goods before the 14 days expires. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you.
Cancelling your account
You may cancel your account at any time by going to the specific area of the website www.oliogianfelice.com or by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you breach these terms and conditions we reserve the right to freeze or cancel your account at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to block access to part of our website www.oliogianfelice.com by any user accounts that have payment problems, non-payment, damage to the company image on the internet, the use of bad language in the area for leaving comments or reviews, repeated attempts to place an order that has been rejected, hacking, or any other activity whether explicit or implicit that can cause direct or indirect damage to Gianfelice.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be published on our website www.oliogianfelice.com. If you continue to use our website after we have published such changes you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms and conditions without reserve.
